Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI Interior is an AI-powered application that transforms photos of interior spaces into redesigned versions based on user prompts. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate design alternatives.

2. Credit System

  • Each AI generation consumes 1 credit from your balance.
  • New users receive 5 free credits upon registration.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

3. In-App Purchases & Refunds

  • All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Credits are delivered immediately after successful purchase verification.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple / Google refund policies.
  • Consumed credits cannot be refunded.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
  • Use the service to create deceptive or misleading content.
  • Attempt to circumvent credit requirements or security measures.
  • Use automated tools to access the service.
  • Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without proper rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original uploaded photos. Generated images are created using AI and you receive a license to use them for personal purposes. Commercial use may require additional licensing.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party AI providers which may occasionally experience downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Interior is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for credits.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
